What if I am not satisfied with Deity Grove?

Please contact us if you are in unhappy with any service you have received from us. We will do what we can to resolve any issues as quickly as we are able.

Are there any benefits for first-time customers?

Please check-out our social media pages for any discounts and offers we may currently be running. If you were referred to our shop, you may have received a referral code.

What is the members area?

If you wish to you can log into the member area. This is a free area. The members area allows you to check in on your orders easily, to check previous orders in case you wish to reorder items, and access to the information pages and blogs coming soon...

I am new to Paganism. Where can I learn more?

We will post articles about various areas of paganism we ourselves have been learning about and researching as we continue our own journey in developing our knowledge.

We will also post articles about the products we are selling as we use and test them ourselves; write about the upcoming celebrations and sabbats; share our experiences of our journey.

When can I expect my order?

We will process all orders as quickly as we can, but please be patient with us - we are a small family run business.
For standard shipping, you can expect your order within 3-5 working days.
For courier tracked shipping, you can expect your order within 2-4 working days.
Please note our supplier is currently only able to send out packages with their couriers on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.

How are shipping prices calculated?

Shipping is calculated by our supplier based on weight of the product and sizing. We do not add any additional cost to this and do not earn any profit from shipping costs.
